Strava, the social network for athletes, analyzed 31.5 million posts and determined that most new year’s resolutions are kaput by January 12th.

Right now, when new year’s resolutions seem more like years than months ago, many of our healthy routines have gone a bit sideways. Here are some yummy, healthy, homemade snacks you can have your kids help you make that’ll make everyone feel better.
