Here’s a fun way to get everyone in the family moving, even if it’s an indoor day: the exercise game!

Download and print our “dice,” then put them together following the instructions provided.

When you’re ready to play, have your littlest family member toss the dice on the floor, and then everyone has to do the activity the dice indicate.

  • 18 + lunges = everyone does 18 lunges!
  • 11 + silly dance = 11 seconds of the silliest dancing you can muster.

You can either take turns rolling the dice, or appoint an Official Dice Roller… whatever will keep everyone in your family engaged and having fun.

Even better: put on some upbeat music! As long as you get and keep everybody moving, you’ll be building health, good habits, and happy family memories.
